There is one constant in life and business, Change. The difference between companies that thrive and those that struggle to succeed is how they manage change. This week, I sat down with UNLV Leadership Instructor, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and organizational consultant Sam Palazzolo and we took a deep dive into leading organizational change.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Sam is the Founder and Managing Director of Tip of the Spear Ventures, which is a private equity firm that provides early stage entrepreneurs with venture capital has a holding portfolio from mergers and acquisitions, and conducts business funding services. Sam's an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, author, leadership professor, speaker and nonprofit philanthropist.

He's published five books to them, "The Influential Leader", "Leading at the Tip of the Spear: The Leader". He's also an adjunct professor teaching leadership at UNLV.
