How Leadership Heals People
You can heal yourself by healing others. So even if you’re not yet ready, you can still become a leader just by doing it – by taking on that leadership role – for other people. And what I learned is that we are our best when other people need us.
Ambiguity Kills The Dream
We’re all different, but where dreams die in my eyes is when we do not clearly define them. When we are vague about what we want to achieve, we wouldn’t be able to map out a clear plan on how we can achieve them and we won’t have the motivation either to get there. So it’s very important to know and clearly define what you really want to achieve.
Where To Get Your Motivation
We need to be honest with ourselves. Do we want this goal? Why do we want this goal? Because we’re gonna need some firepower for it. Because goals are hard. If they weren’t, they would be in our lives right now. You must have a strong, deep-seated reason as to why you want to achieve it, otherwise, you might lose steam in the long run.
